By accessing or using AhaPrep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
AhaPrep provides exam preparation study materials, including practice questions, flashcards, formula sheets, and performance tracking tools, designed to assist candidates studying for professional licensing exams. The Service is operated by AhaPrep ("we," "us," or "our").
AhaPrep is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Pearson VUE, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), or any other licensing authority.
The Service is an exam preparation tool only. It is not a substitute for the state-required prelicensing education (such as the 63-hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate course). Completing or using the Service does not satisfy any mandatory education requirement.
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to notify us promptly at info@ahaprep.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Certain features of the Service require a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the Service, please contact us at info@ahaprep.com and we will work to resolve it.
Paid plans are valid for the stated duration (30 days for Single Exam, 6 months for Full Access) from the date of purchase. Access expires automatically at the end of the plan period.

All content on the Service — including practice questions, explanations, flashcards, and study materials — is owned by or licensed to AhaPrep and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Exam content and licensing requirements may change. We review our materials whenever the official content outline is updated, but we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current requirements at any given time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AhaPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, failed exam attempts, or lost business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
